And the winner of GCB Recruitment’s ‘Employee of the Month’ for the month of June is……Jessica Dean, our Technical and Construction Manager. For a change picking, ‘Employee of the Month’ was a relativity easy task this month, as Jessica was already at the forefront of our minds having been in a close second place the previous month. And after having another brilliant performance on her desk, Jessica finally landed the title.
Jessica is an individual who no matter the situation always tries to have a positive outlook, and this outlook on life has fed into the way she works. Having taken on a newer department desk Jessica over the last couple of months has used her outlook to make leaps and bounds with the progression of her department pushing it into new and exciting places.
In doing so Jessica has formed positive and strong client business relationships in a very short amount of time. Being able to do this is one of the most important and highly valued aspects of the job of a recruiter and not one that comes naturally to everyone. However, it comes like second nature to Jessica enabling her to excel in this field with ease. And is one of the main reasons for her winning employee of the month! She’s received endless amounts of positive feedback from both clients and candidates alike and has been able to form relationships where she is more than just a recruiter for a lot of her contacts, she has become a confidant.
Not only is she able to build strong working relationships with clients, she also has great working relationships with her colleagues within the GCB team. She’s always one of the first to offer a helping hand or a piece of friendly advice even if she herself is busy. She’s a great asset to the GCB team and we wouldn’t be without her.
