Oliver Cliffe was brilliant! He came back to me when he said he would, he’s honest and to the point which is what I like and wanted, a credit to GCB Recruitment. I would have said that same even if I didn’t get the position in the end.
Excellent service, I found a role I was interested online, within 10 minutes of my application, Louise made contact with me to find out more about myself. From the information, I provided she made some other good recommendations of where she felt due to my skill set would be a good fit for me, which would then give me options. Within half an hour of our initial conversation, an interview had been agreed for the next day and after the interview, she had an offer for me within 20 minutes of our catch up phone call.
Louise had me placed in my new role within 24 hours!
I found the service incredible with GCB. They constantly kept in touch with me and made sure that the whole process was smooth and beneficial. The employment they found for me in Dubai was perfect and I was assisted in every way with their supportive and friendly team.
I will definitely use them again if need be and would say that GCB is the best recruitment agency ever!
The service has been fantastic, Toby Loft has been amazing throughout it all with sourcing employment, keeping me up to date on the progress, giving me great advice to prepare for interviews and just overall been fantastic. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now to source employment as this process has been stress-free, simple and brilliant!
Jessica helped me to find employment which fits in better with my work/life balance. She was very attentive, approachable and very helpful, especially during the negotiating process.
I couldn’t have asked for anything more!

References, what are they in 2019 and are they still relevant?
Years ago, every job seeker would have been asked by a potential employer for references. If you didn’t have any or had bad ones that was the door shut on that job search. Answering “Where do you see yourself in 5 years time?”
Personally, I hate this interview question whenever I’ve been interviewed in the past but now as an interviewer, I understand it’s purpose. But for those of you still undergoing the interview processes, you may share the same feeling I used to have back when I was a job seeker. When you get asked...
