Initial fact-finding consultation – An in-depth discussion with a consultant finding out what you're looking for in your next hire, including experience, responsibilities and skills required.
Proposal and sign off – Agreeing acceptable terms of business including our rebate structure and payment period.
Advertising of job role – Writing a descriptive job advert on your behalf. Advertising it across our extensive local and national advertising network and internal database of pre-qualified and registered candidates
Candidate pre-interview – Saving you time by interviewing and vetting all candidates for suitability and ensuring they're right for your business
Initial interviewing – Liaising with your chosen candidates, arranging and confirming schedules including time and location
Feedback from both parties – Proving honest feedback and exploring next steps regarding our candidates’ interest
Full engagement support – Assisting with offer details, negotiating on your behalf, completing contracts and arranging your new employees' start date
