Our client is looking for an experienced Area Lettings Manager to shape and grow the business and support Lettings Managers across Thanet District.
This fantastic opportunity has become available due to a recent internal promotion. The successful candidate will have experience at the multi-branch management level within Lettings. You will possess excellent communication and leadership qualities.
Responsibilities for the role of an Area Lettings Manager:
- Coach, develop and effectively manage Lettings Managers
- Grow market share
- Identify new business opportunities
- Recruit and train staff
- Manage staff performance
- Hold 1:1 review meetings and identify development needs.
- Ensure the business is compliant
Requirements for the role of an Area Lettings Manager:
- Full UK Driving License
- An experienced manager with valuation experience
- Experience at multi-branch management level within sales or lettings
- The candidate must live centrally to South Coast offices or willing to relocate
- Extensive geographical and market knowledge of the region
- Ability to understand the market and keep up-to-date on changes
- Results-driven with a strong track record
- Hard-working with the desire and determination to exceed targets.
- Focused to lead and motivate a team.
- Ideally, ARLA qualified
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturdays (rota basis) 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary/Package:
- Basic £28,000
- OTE £60,000
- Company Car/Car Allowance
- Other company benefits and incentives.
