Our client, a successful independent Estate Agency, are looking for an experienced Estate Agency Sales Lister or Assistant Manager to join their busy team in St. Albans as an Assistant Branch Manager.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of winning new business and building relationships with new clients. Additionally, ensure all clients are provided with a first class service. You will have the opportunity to progress in a fast-paced company and be accordingly rewarded with uncapped commission.
- Able to support and stand in for the Branch Manager is their absence
- Motivating & inspiring a team to achieve their best!
- Generate valuation leads & win new instructions
- Maintain regular client contact
- Bringing new ideas to the company to improve the business
- Reporting into the Branch Manager
- Previous Estate Agency valuation experience is essential
- Local knowledge is preferable
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to go the extra mile for clients!
- UK driving licence
- Basic £18,000 - £25,000 pa DOE
- OTE £40,000 - £50,000 pa
- Uncapped commission
- Access to company pool car
