This Assistant Lettings Manager role will be varied, and you will be the point of contact whilst building and shaping the business.

Key responsibilities for the role of Assistant Lettings Manager will include:
- Generate new and repeat business opportunities for market appraisals, instructions, viewings and lets
- Grow the business by empowering your teams via regular one-to-ones
- Coordinate business generation and marketing activities
- Proactively book appraisals and attend appointments (maintaining a good conversion ratio)
- Set realistic targets for your team
- Manage incoming enquiries from new applicants regarding properties on the market
- Liaise and negotiate between both parties to secure the let
- Supporting the Director
- Reporting any maintenance issues
- Building the portfolio
Assistant Lettings Manager requirements:
- Self-motivation with a 'can do' attitude
- Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional, determined, ambitious and focused
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Lettings Manager
- A full UK driving license
Our clients are offering the successful Assistant Lettings Manager:

- £25,000 Basic
- £37,000 OTE
