Our client, a well known Lettings Agent, is looking for such an individual to join their team in the Crewe area as an Assistant Lettings Manager.
Ideally, our client is looking for an individual who is presently a Senior Lettings Negotiator. As well as, someone who has the ability to finalise and agree lettings deals, canvass for new business and help secure new instructions for the branch
Key tasks include, but will not be limtied to:
- Registering applicants
- Arranging Viewings
- Agreeing Lets
- Canvassing
- Valuing
- Gaining Instructions
In return, our clients are offering the successful Assistant Lettings Manager the following:
- A basic salary of £16,000 - £17,000
- On target earnings of £28,000
- Company car
