Our client, a successful independent Estate Agency, are looking for an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join their busy team in Upminster.
The successful individual will have a proven track record of winning new business and building relationships with new clients. Additionally, ensure that you are providing first-class service. You will have the opportunity to progress in a fast-paced environment and be rewarded accordingly.
Responsibilities included in the role of an Assistant Manager:
- Able to support and stand in for Branch Manager in his absence
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Value and list properties
- Generating sales leads for property viewings and property valuations
- Maintaining regular contact with clients via telephone, email, or face to face.
Requirements for the role of an Assistant Manager:
- Previous valuation experience essential
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Target driven and dynamic
- Full UK driving license
