Our clients, a highly respected Estate Agency in South Lancashire are looking for a Branch Manager to join their team.
The office covers a large patch incorporating South Lancashire and Cheshire, mainly dealing with prestige and rural country homes.
The position will involve managing a team and helping the continual growth of the office.

Key tasks for the position of Branch Manager will include:
- Organising and motivating the team on a day to day basis
- Conducting Market Appraisals and gaining instructions
- Monthly reporting of Branch Results and Targets
- Delivering excellent service
Salary/Package:
- Basic £35,000
- Car allowance
- Performance bonus
