Our clients, well-established Estate Agents are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join their expanding team in Birmingham.

Ideally, our clients are looking for an individual who has the following attributes:
- Experience in Lettings and/ or Sales
- Managerial experience
- Hard-working and driven
- Able to motivate a team
- Great customer service skills
Key tasks of a Branch Manager will include, but will not be limited to:
- Listing and selling
- Management of staff
- Able to work well independently and in a team
- Team meetings
- Setting KPI’s
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday 9 am – 6 pm
- Saturday 9 am – 3 pm on rota either 1 in 2 or 1 in 3
Salary/Package:
- Basic £30,000
- OTE £80,000
- Pool car
