Our client, a well-known and successful estate agency is looking for an experienced Branch Manager in their profitable and busy office in Ventnor.
This role would suit an ambitious and experienced individual. The successful candidate will be an accomplished lister, enthusiastic to win new business, and have a polished and professional approach to problem-solving. The Client would also consider outstanding candidates looking to step up to Branch Manager level.
Ideally, our clients are looking for an individual who has the following attributes:
- Great customer service skills
- Driven and enthusiastic
- Full UK driving license
- Ability to turn valuations into listings and sales
Key tasks of a Branch Manager will include, but will not be limited to:
- Making sure the Customers get the best possible service
- Business development
- Motivate and manage your team
- Successfully list a targeted number of properties
- Working closely with your team
Working hours:
- Full time
- 2 in 3 Saturdays
In return, our clients are offering the successful Branch Manager:
- £28,000 basic
- £45,000 - £60,000 OTE
