They’re looking for an individual with experience in lettings to become Branch Manager and are also happy to consider those with valuing/listings experience upwards from senior sales negotiator to join their team in the Bedford.
Key tasks of a Branch Manager will include, but will not be limited to:
- Listing and selling
- Management of staff
- Able to work well independently and in a team
- Team meetings
- Setting KPI’s
- Business Generation
- Setting targets and key performance indicators for the branch
- Valuing and listing properties within sales and lettings
- Maximising overall income and profitability of the branch
Ideally, our clients are looking for a Branch Manager who has the following attributes:
- Experience in a Residential Estate Agency
- Managerial experience
- Hard-working and driven
- Able to motivate a team
- Great customer service skills
Working hours for the Branch Manager:
- Full time: Monday to Friday
- Alternate Saturdays (rota basis)
In return, our client is offering the successful Branch Manager the following:
- Basic £25,000 - £30,000
- OTE £40,000 - £50,000
- Career progression
- Car allowance
- Percentage of Branch income
