Our client is a fast-growing company that prides itself on delivering the best customer service. They’re looking for an individual with experience in lettings to become Branch Manager and are also happy to consider those with valuing/listings experience upwards from senior sales negotiator to join their team in the Bedford.

Key tasks of a Branch Manager will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Listing and selling
  • Management of staff
  • Able to work well independently and in a team
  • Team meetings
  • Setting KPI’s
  • Business Generation
  • Setting targets and key performance indicators for the branch
  • Valuing and listing properties within sales and lettings
  • Maximising overall income and profitability of the branch

Ideally, our clients are looking for a Branch Manager who has the following attributes:

  • Experience in a Residential Estate Agency
  • Managerial experience
  • Hard-working and driven
  • Able to motivate a team
  • Great customer service skills

Working hours for the Branch Manager:

  • Full time: Monday to Friday
  • Alternate Saturdays (rota basis)

In return, our client is offering the successful Branch Manager the following:

  • Basic £25,000 - £30,000
  • OTE £40,000 - £50,000
