Our client is a well-established, multi-branch estate agent that is looking Floating Branch Manager to join their team in the Surrey area.
The duties of the Floating Branch Manager will include, but not be limited to:
- Covering holidays, vacancies and sickness as Branch Manager across the area of Surrey
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Motivate and manage the team, running morning meetings and coaching sessions
- Successfully list a targeted number of properties
- Keep abreast of current market conditions
To be considered for the role of Floating Branch Manager, you must have the following attributes:

- Flexible and happy to work from branch to branch
- Motivated to exceed targets
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Hard-working and focused
- Full Driving License
Working hours:
As a Floating Branch Manager, you’ll be required to work 5 days a week, including some Saturdays.
Our client is offering the successful Floating Branch Manager the following:
- £30,000 basic salary
- £70,000 OTE
- Guarantee - 3 month
- 33 days paid holiday
