Our clients, a highly respected independent building consultancy, are looking to add to their team with the addition of a Residential Building Surveyor

As a Building Surveyor your role will involve:

  • Carrying out Level 2 and 3 Surveys in the Birmingham area

To be considered for the Residential Building Surveyor role you must have experience in:

  • A wide range of Building and Structural defects
  • Preparing and Presenting accurate Survey reports
  • Working independently and within a team

Working hours:

  • As a Building Surveyor, you’ll be required to work Full Time, with the role being home-based and flexible working 

Our client is offering the successful Building Surveyor:

  • Salary of £48,000 –£55,000, depending on experience,
  • Company car or allowance
