Our clients, a highly respected independent building consultancy, are looking to add to their team with the addition of a Residential Building Surveyor
As a Building Surveyor your role will involve:
- Carrying out Level 2 and 3 Surveys in the Birmingham area
To be considered for the Residential Building Surveyor role you must have experience in:
- A wide range of Building and Structural defects
- Preparing and Presenting accurate Survey reports
- Working independently and within a team
Working hours:
- As a Building Surveyor, you’ll be required to work Full Time, with the role being home-based and flexible working
Our client is offering the successful Building Surveyor:
- Salary of £48,000 –£55,000, depending on experience,
- Company car or allowance
