Our clients are seeking a Building Surveyor with a wide range of experience, including professional and technical advisory services, relating to maintenance, development, repairs, improvements and adaptations.
To be considered for the role of Building Surveyor:
- Our clients are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor with an HNC / HND or degree qualification in Building Construction.
The role of the Building Surveyor will involve:
- Project Management
- Undertaking building and site surveys
- Schedules of work Estimate and Cost Analysis
- Carrying out Risk assessments
- Post Inspections
Working hours:
As a Building Surveyor, our clients are offering a Flexible working system with some hybrid working
Our client is offering the successful Building Surveyor:
- £32,500 - £38,000 per annum based on experience and grading
- Flexible working
- 27 days plus bank holidays, rising to 32 days plus bank holidays
- Health and well-being service
