Our client is looking for a hardworking and sales driven, Business Development Executive in Slough.
The client delivers conferences throughout the year. The key purpose of the role will be to engage potential sponsors, propose attendance and successfully close their participation. This role would suit someone with
a minimum of 1-year experience within estate agency or B2B sales and look for a change of career. Full training will be provided.
- Identifying business opportunities and engage prospects for conference sponsorship
- Work towards individual key performance indicators and revenue targets
- Negotiate the terms and close business agreements
- Minimum of 1-year experience within estate agency or B2B sales ideally within corporate event sponsorship
- Ideally educated to degree level
- Ability to communicate effectively and fluently in English
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proven track record of delivery against revenue and other KPI targets
- Experience in development of new business
- Ability to make high volumes of outbound calls per day
- Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with your client base
Salary and Benefits: £16,000 - £20,000 basic salary, £35,000 OTE + incentives + progression + Travel in Europe
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
