My clients are a family founded property services company operating a traditional UK estate agency model in the UAE.
To be considered for the Business Development Manager role, you must have the following:
- Experience in closing for business
- Ability to meet clients and sell Property Management services
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Telephone manner
- Sales background
The key duties of the Business Development role will include:
- Selling our clients property management services
- Meeting Clients
- Speaking/Networking with leasing agents to gain referrals
- Calling out from database to pitch our clients services.
In return, our clients are offering the following to the successful Business Development Manager:
