Are you an experienced Business Loan Adviser looking to work for a leading commercial finance firm? I am currently recruiting for an experienced Business Loan Adviser to work for our clients based in Berkshire. They are a specialist firm that provides all types of finance for its clients including Business Loans, Invoice Finance, Bridging, BTL, and Commercial & Expat Mortgages.
They are looking for an individual with at least 2 years of experience dealing with business loans. Ideally, you will have experience in Invoice Finance, but this is not essential. They have a huge network of clients that you will be able to speak to, but you will also be required to hunt for new business.
This Business Loan adviser role is a remote position, so you can be based anywhere in the south of England. You will be required to visit the office once a quarter based near Maidenhead.
To be considered for the role of Business Loan Adviser role you must have the following requirements:
- 2+ years experience in a similar position
- Experience in selling business loans – Essential
- Experience in Invoice Finance - Preferable
- Be able to demonstrate strong sales skills and knowledge
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Money Driven
- Strong Sales Techniques
Salary package for this Business Loan Adviser:
In return for this Business Loan Adviser position, my clients are looking to offer a basic salary of between £35,000 - £50,000 (Depending on Experience) their commission structure is on a sliding scale so you can earn more depending on the amount of business that you write. First-year OTE will be £90,000 - £100,000.
