An opening has arisen in Hove for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our clients Property Company.
To be considered for the position, our clients are seeking an experienced individual with a strong commercial background
The position of a Commercial Property Manager will require an organised individual with a background in commercial property with key tasks to include:
- Managing a substantial Commercial property portfolio
- Act as contact point to Commercial tenants
- Property Inspections and Reports
- Property accounts and collection of rents
- Preparation of Budgets
- Rent reviews
- Negotiate commercial leases
Salary/Package:
- Basic £35,000 - £45,000 DOE
- Car allowance
