Our client, a successful multi-branch independent Estate Agency, are looking for a Complaints Case Handler to join their customer relations team in Rochford.

The right candidate will have a good knowledge of the property market and have experience looking into and delivering a strong customer service to complex customer concerns.

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Evaluate customer’s key concerns
  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and letters
  • Investigate through reference to records and discussions with staff involved
  • Communicate and build good relationships through empathy and diplomacy

The successful Complaints Case Handler will have:

  • Able to meet deadlines
  • Have a good eye for detail and accuracy
  • Good knowledge of word
  • Have good time management

In return, our client is offering:

  • Working hours Monday to Friday  09.00 – 17.30
  • £20,000 basic salary
