Are you an experienced Contracts Manager looking for a new and exciting challenge?
We are looking for such an individual to join our clients as a Contracts Manager to head up their projects in and around West London.
Our clients are considered one of the leading construction organisations in London and specialise in developing exclusive residential properties in and around London.
They are ideally looking for an experienced individual who has previous experience dealing with projects involving exclusive/luxury properties. Experience in London would be advantageous.
To be considered for the role you must have the following:
- Previous experience in Project Management or Contract Management with a similar contractor is essential.
- Relevant degree, HND/HNC qualifications are an advantage
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry
- An eye for detail and natural flair for management with the ability to oversee jobs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to negotiate and liaise across a range of external consultants and subcontractors
