Conveyancing Manager - Bracknell

Our client a well-established, award-winning estate agency is actively seeking a Conveyancing Manager based in Bracknell.

The successful candidate shall have experience in an account management role, ideally within the Property sector. You shall be able to lead by example and increase department activity & sales conversions.

Responsibilities of a Conveyancing Manager shall include, but not be limited to:

  • Promote the success of these figures through reporting to the Central Sales Manager, Central and Branch teams.
  • Reporting the levels of instructions and revenue to the Central Sales manager.
  • Liaise with the conveyancing call team regarding any issues highlighted to improve the conversion of leads
  • Ensure all business opportunities are optimised for conveyancing across Sales, New Homes & Commercial
  • Work with the branches and central teams directly on the key elements required to improve the conversion of leads
  • Ensure new starters are promptly informed of the opportunity available from conveyancing and how to achieve it
  • Identify a weekly plan of which Branches/Teams require focus based on the data analysed 

To be considered for the role of Conveyancing Manager you must have the following requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence & own vehicle
  • To increase and optimise the company revenue from Conveyancing opportunities 
  • Work with all company departments to ensure all conveyancing opportunities are given adequate focus.
  • To be responsible for providing analysis and tracking of all opportunities, income and performance against sales and instructions reporting to Directors.
  • Promoting conveyancing opportunities and results to the Branch and Central Teams to identify successes and opportunities for improvement
  • Attend branches to provide support to ensure minimum standards are being met
  • Liaise with Managers and Area Managers to ensure the correct process is in place to meet the minimum standards per branch/team
  • Maximise the business opportunity available from conveyancing by ensuring all potential leads are identified and followed up to the conclusion, with re referrals being made where necessary
  • Monitor and provide feedback on the performance of the Lifetime Legal teams and processes on securing business from leads and their follow up processes to maximise their conversion rates of clients to leads and matters to clients.

Working hours for the Conveyancing Manager: 

  • Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM


  • £30,000 - £35,000 Basic (Depending on Experience)
  • £60,000 OTE
  • Progression opportunities
