Our client is recruiting for a qualified and experienced Electrician to work within an existing team for a residential Lettings and Estate Agency company in Edinburgh.
As an Electrician your role will involve:
- Working in a domestic environment
- Working in rental properties
- Undertaking EICR’s
- PAT testing
- Installation of smoke detectors
- Remedial works
To be considered for the Electrician role you must have:
- Qualified for 1 year
- Relevant electrical qualifications to carry out EICR's & PAT Testing including 18th Edition Regulations
- Good communication skills both written and oral.
- Attention to detail
- Experience in residential electrical repairs and maintenance
- Good IT skills.
- Full clean Driving Licence
Working hours:
- Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 5 pm
- Fridays 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
Our client is offering the successful Electrician:
- £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
- 32 days annual leave
