Our client is a quality independent Estate Agency based in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire. They require an experienced Office Administrator to join their professional team. Having been established for many years they have grown from strength to strength, whilst maintaining their first class customer service.

The Office Administrator is required to ensure the smooth running of the office. You must be able to multi-task to manage this busy workload, duties will include:

  • Administration for Sales & Lettings
  • Preparing property details, window cards, and adverts
  • Preparing sales correspondence
  • Preparing monthly magazine advertisements
  • Producing sales figures for the branch
  • Arranging floor plans & property photos
  • Assisting with incoming calls/emails
  • Reporting into the Branch Manager

The successful Office Administrator will have;
