Our clients, a successful construction company, are looking for an ambitious Estimator to join their busy team in the South Norfolk area. My clients are looking for an ambitious individual who wants to succeed and deliver a continuous flow of new business.
The right individual will have a commercial background in render and cladding and be able to deliver accurate and innovative advice to clients to meet their business requirements.
The successful Estimator will have experience in:

Preparing tender bids and collating information from enquiries received.

Negotiating and winning tenders.

Developing relationships with clients and attending meetings to support clients and directors.

Negotiating prices from suppliers as well as sub-contractors.

Liaise with the Design team and understand and interpret site requirements.

Work with all relevant departments on new applications to ensure smooth planning and implementation of a project.

Create bids for new contracts and supporting buying activities.
