A fantastic career opportunity has arisen for an Executive Property Manager to join my client’s established agency located in Bracknell. You will deliver exceptional property management and maintenance service to clients and tenants, ensuring that contractual and legislative responsibilities are met and exceeded.

The successful candidate will manage an individual portfolio of properties and complete all administrative tasks to a high standard, whilst providing outstanding customer service and support to other colleagues within the property management team. You will be looking after a portfolio of 250 – 300 properties, therefore shall need to work well under pressure and the fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities included in the role of an Executive Property Manager:

  • Delivery outstanding service to clients and tenants and internal functions.
  • Proactively and confidently handle challenging conversations with tenants and landlords.
  • Provide a designated group of client’s with property management services encompassing renewals, repairs, deposits and lettings accounts
  • Always ensure awareness of changing laws and compliance with strict property legislation.
  • Deal with all aspects of property management, from reviewing inventories, insurance claims, receiving and remitting rents, processing and payments of invoices, arrears, check-outs and deposit disputes.
  • Liaise with third party suppliers to arrange works to be undertaken

  • Develop and understand
  • Mentoring and training new starters
  • Ensure Management Agreements and Tenancy Agreements are current within legislation and completed.
  • Ability to prioritise a demanding workload and remain calm under pressure.
  • Ensure all landlord utility and council tax bills are addressed appropriately & managed.
  • Organise inspections, property viewings, inspections, check-ins, and check-outs.

Requirements for the role of an Executive Property Manager:

  • Answer telephone calls professionally and deal with complaints in an effective manner.
  • 2 years experience of being a Property Manager (Essential)
  • Ensure a weekly report is issued to management
  • Full clean driving licence and own car for work.
  • ARLA Qualified (or equivalent).

Working Hours for the Executive Property Manager:

  • Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Plus 5 Saturdays over the space of a year.

Our client is offering the successful Executive Property Manager:

  • Basic £27,000 - £35,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)
  • OTE £38,000
  • Birthdays off
  • Increased annual leave after 2 years of employment
