A fantastic opportunity has come available for my clients across Shropshire & the West Midlands. They are mortgage and protection specialists who deal with high levels of clients across the Midlands. They are currently servicing an established independent estate agency, which has seen an influx of leads.
They are looking for a hungry and experienced Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their growing team, and service the high levels of leads coming into the business. They are offering a very competitive basic salary and a commission structure that will increase based on bankings.
This will be a field-based role where you will be going and meeting with clients whilst also having the chance to work from home. You will also be asked to work with the estate agents occasionally.
Mortgage and Protection Advisor requirements to be considered:
- CeMap Qualified
- Comfortable charging fees
- Confident over the phone & Face to Face
- Upselling Protection
- The right attitude towards the industry
- Preferably whole of market experience
Salary package:
In return, my clients are offering the successful Mortgage and Protection Advisor a basic salary of between £25,000 - £30,000 with realistic on target earnings of £60,000 - £75,000.
