My clients, an established Mortgage Broker have a fantastic opportunity for a Financial PA/Administrator to join a growing business in Norwich. They are hugely professional, innovative and have seen massive success in recent years and are continuing to go from strength to strength. Due to such business growth the Director now requires additional support with his administration and emails.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with all incoming emails, responding when suitable to do so
  • Booking appointments and diary management
  • Providing full admin support to the Director and other team members if necessary
  • Scanning, photocopying and filing
  • There will be a requirement to support the Post Offer and Processing Team when called upon to do so

Key Skills:

  • Qualified to degree level
  • Great telephone manner
  • The ability to problem solve
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Attention to details and accuracy
  • Mortgage experience preferred
  • Previous admin experience is essential
