My clients are an established IFA business based in the Reading area, who are currently looking for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to work alongside their Financial Planners. 

They are looking for an individual to join their team to provide administrative support in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the business and ensure smooth delivery of excellent client service and client communication.

Responsibilities of a Financial Planning Administrator:

  • Ensure that all business documentation is processed accurately and efficiently and in a compliant manner to the firms’ standards.
  • Provide a friendly and professional point of contact for clients and enquiries (by phone, email and in-person)
  • Organize existing and prospective client meetings
  • Create and maintain accurate client records on the back-office systems, platforms, and any other IT systems
  • Prepare client documentation and correspondence pre and post meetings as per business process
  • Ensure action points resulting from client meetings are diarized and actioned
  • Ensure that relevant service standards are delivered throughout the year
  • Input new clients on the back-office system
  • Obtain illustrations and application forms as required
  • Production of portfolio valuations
  • Run Attitude to Risk questionnaires

Working hours:

As a Financial Planning Administrator you'll be required to work Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 5:30pm

Our client is offering the successful Financial Planning Administrator:

  • Basic Salary £25,000 - £28,000
  • Annual bonus
