Our clients, one of Essex’s leading family-owned independent estate agents and RICS regulated surveyors are looking for driven and experienced surveyors on either a full time or part-time basis to undertake RICS Homebuyers survey reports and various types of valuations.
They are looking for surveyors to cover all areas of Essex.
The successful Residential Surveyor must have:
- Minimum AssocRICS
- Registered Valuer Status (VRS)
- Experience of Homebuyer-Reports
- Experience of Red Book Valuation work
This full or part-time role is home-based and the surveyor would be employed exclusively by the client on a flexible split-fee arrangement (similar to a self-employed status).
