Our clients are a leading independent practice of Chartered Surveyors, Land and estate agents with a strong reputation in the North West of England. Due to the progressive nature of their business, they are actively recruiting for a highly organised and enthusiastic graduate rural surveyor to join their experienced team in the Lancashire area.
This is a varied and engaging role and provides an excellent opportunity to be involved with a wide range of rural professional work across the full spectrum of the industry.
The graduate rural surveyor role will involve:
- Valuations for a wide purpose and extensive client base
- Farm, Land, Rural Property and High-End Estate Agency
- Compulsory Purchase, Utilities and Compensation Claims
- Agricultural Land and Property Management
- Rural Grant and Stewardship Schemes
- Rural Planning and Development
To be considered:
Ideally, the successful individual will be due to complete/have completed an RICS accredited degree or will have recently qualified. Where the candidate is still training, they should be highly motivated to gain both RICS and CAAV qualifications and will receive great support in training from APC Assessor and CAAV Examiner colleagues, with the firm having a strong commitment to the training and progression of its staff.
