Our clients, a forward-thinking and expanding Surveying practice, are looking to recruit a Graduate Trainee Surveyor to work in London.
As a Graduate Trainee Surveyor your role will involve:
- Assisting experienced Surveyors in conducting Level 1, 2 and 3 Surveys
- Writing survey reports
- Learning all aspects of Surveying
To be considered for the Graduate Trainee Surveyor role you must:
- Be eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation
- Be a graduate from an RICS-accredited degree/masters or SAVA graduate program, or international equivalent
- Have a genuine passion for helping clients with their expertise and knowledge to make informed property decisions
- Have strong building pathology and willingness to continuously enhance their professional knowledge and personal development
- Be inquisitive and have a keen eye for detail
- A full valid UK driving licence and own vehicle to travel for site inspections
Working hours:
As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you’ll be required to work full time
Our client is offering the successful Graduate Building Surveyor:
- £22,000 - £30,000 plus bonus structure (once qualified)
