They are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking commercial property professional to lead their friendly and growing head office commercial team in Coventry.
This role offers the chance for suitable candidates to grow their career and manage a team of commercial surveyors within one of the West Midlands leading property practices.
The successful individual must have the following to be considered for this role:
- MRICS/FRICS
- Must be an RICS registered valuer (VRS)
- Recent, relevant and demonstrable experience in a similar role.
- Full UK driving licence and access to own transport

The successful commercial surveyor will be based in the Coventry head office and cover professional work across the city, as well as, Warwickshire and the whole of the West Midlands.
