Our client, a well-respected independent estate agent, are looking for a dynamic and experienced Property Manager to join them in their expanding Stamford office. This role will be an office-based position managing a team whilst providing top-end customer service to all Landlords.
The Property Manager duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Conducting morning meetings
- Conducting interviews
- Monitor workload of Team Leader and Property Managers, being aware of any issues that may affect staff morale
- Ensuring adequate cover in the department when it comes to holidays and days off
- Checking gas daily to ensure the process has been adhered to having relevant conversions
- Help train new staff members
- Setting targets for all staff members
To be considered for the role of the Property Manager, you must have the following:
- Have experience within a Team Leader role within a property or service sector
- Have a full understanding of Property Management
- Have great interpersonal relationship building and networking skills
- Have a full understanding of Property Management
In return our client is offering the following to the successful Property Manager:
- £28,000 basic, £30,000 OTE
