Our clients based in the Stockport area, are seeking a Lettings Administrator / Accounts Clerk to join their team.
The position is available on a full-time basis and requires an individual with a background in Lettings, who is highly organised and can work in a busy environment.
The role of a Lettings Administrator will consist of:
- Tenancy Application forms and references
- Dealing with Invoices
- Incoming Calls
- Rent Arrears
- Payment runs
To be considered for the position, experience of the above is essential
- Monday – Friday
- Saturday rota
