Lettings Administrator - Sunderland

Our clients, a successful and expanding independent property firm, are looking for an experienced Lettings/Office Administrator in Sunderland.

My client has an excellent reputation in the area, and this is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful estate agent. You must have a keen eye for detail and committed to offering outstanding customer service. Local knowledge is desirable and you will benefit from a busy and fun environment, as well as full training and progression opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • General office administrative duties 
  • Supporting the Sales and Lettings teams
  • Preparing window displays
  • Responding to general enquiries by phone and e-mail
  • Preparing brochures and uploading property det

Requirements:

  • Previous admin experience within property (ideally 6 months minimum)
  • Outstanding Customer Service skills
  • Articulate and well-presented
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Time management and organisational skills

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Salary:

  • £20,000 Basic + Progression opportunities.
