We currently have a great opportunity available with our clients who are a well experienced, independent estate agency in Manchester. They are looking for a passionate and well-organized individual to join their small and successful team.
The Lettings & Sales Consultant duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Arranging and conducting lettings and sales viewings at properties
- Arranging checkouts
- Maintaining and updating the applicant database
- Negotiating and handling lettings and sales offers
- Liaising with tenants and maintenance contractors
- Assisting valuations
- Supporting property management if required
To be considered for the role of Lettings & Sales Consultant, you must have the following attributes:
- A full, clean UK driving license
- Professional and positive attitude
- Fully computer literate
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Great time management skills
- Knowledge of landlord/tenant law
Working hours:
As a Lettings & Sales Consultant, you’ll be required to work Monday to Friday 8:45 am – 5:00 pm. Occasional Saturdays might also be required.
Salary/Package:
- £18,000 - £22,000 basic salary
- £24,000 - £25,000 OTE
- Plus bonuses
