Our client, a well-known independent estate agency, is looking for an experienced Lettings Consultant to join their successful team in Brentwood
My client is looking for someone with at least 1 years’ experience within Residential Lettings who is looking for a new position to progress within a busy and well-established branch. The company offers great career progression along with other financial incentives.
Duties included in the role of a Lettings Consultant:
- Answering incoming calls/ emails promptly
- Registering tenants
- Matching requirements & arranging viewings
- Attending viewing appointments
- Obtaining viewing feedback
- Negotiating offers
- Lettings administration
- Regular landlord contact
- Reporting into the Branch Manager
Requirements for the role of a Lettings Consultant:
- Have a minimum of 12 months of Lettings Negotiator experience
- Be well presented with a confident manner
- Have a professional telephone manner
- Willing to provide excellent customer service
- Hold a UK driving license and have access to a car
Salary package:
- Basic £17,000 - £18,000 DOE
- OTE £22,000 - £25,000 DOE
- Car allowance
