Our clients, a market-leading Independent Estate Agency, are seeking an ambitious and professional Lettings Inspections Clerk to join their busy Norwich team.
This role would suit an individual who is “customer care orientated” and looking to forge a long-term career in the Property industry.
Property Management experience is desirable although not essential to be considered for the role and local knowledge would be ideal although not essential.
For the role of a Lettings Inspections Clerk you must have the following requirements:
- Great Customer Service skills
- Organised
- Problem-Solving skills
- Articulate
- Full and clean driving license
The role of a Lettings Inspections Clerk will include:
- Responsible for carrying out all property Checks.
- Preparation of Initial Inventory
- Check-in and checkouts
- Diary management
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
