Our clients, a well-established Lettings Agency, are looking to recruit a Lettings Manager/Valuer for their office in Ripon.
The position of a Lettings Manager/Valuer will require a driven individual with experience within the industry.
The role of Lettings Manager/Valuer will mainly consist of the following:
- Business Generation
- Carrying out Lettings Valuations
- Securing Instructions
- Helping oversee a small team
Salary/Package:
- Basic £20,000-£25,000
- OTE £30,000-£35,000
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday
- Alternate Saturday mornings
