Our client, a well-established and respected Estate Agency is looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to join their expanding team in Birmingham.

Ideally, our clients are looking for a Lettings Manager who has the following attributes:
- 3 years lettings experience - Lettings Manager experience would be ideal but not required
- ARLA qualification is ideal but not essential
- Mature and articulate
- Able to manage workload
- Outgoing and driven individual
Key tasks of a Lettings Manager will include, but will not be limited to:
- Listing and letting properties
- Managing the Lettings side
- Going out and winning business
- Building relationships with Landlords
- Liaising between landlords and tenants
- Negotiating offers
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday
- Alternate Saturdays
In return, our clients are offering the successful Lettings Manager:
- £25,000 - £28,000 basic
- £40,000 - £50,000 OTE
- Car allowance
