Our clients, a well-established international Estate Agency are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team in Coventry.
Ideally, our clients are looking for an individual who has the following attributes:
- Experienced as a Lettings Negotiator
- An excellent work ethic
- Act professionally and adhere to high company standards
- Punctual and contribute to the development of the company
- Strong interpersonal skills and a supportive team player
- A valid UK driving license and own vehicle
Key tasks of a Lettings Negotiator will include, but will not be limited to:
- Collecting information about a property, and arranging for market appraisals
- Offering advice on the value of the property to would-be landlords
- Marketing and promoting properties for let
- Negotiation with prospective tenants and landlords from viewing to offer stage
- Advising tenants on potential properties, encouraging them to view and offer
- Regular care calls to all landlord clients to provide feedback
- Keeping up to date with market trends in the local residential property market
Working hours:
In return, our clients are offering the successful Lettings Negotiator the following:
- Basic £14,000 - £16,000
- OTE £20,000
