Our clients, a forward-thinking Property company, are seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join their team.
The successful candidate must be driven, enthusiastic and have a minimum of 1-year industry experience
Key tasks included in the role of a Lettings Negotiator:
- Arranging and carrying out viewings
- Proactively marketing properties across various portals and social media to ensure maximum exposure
- Negotiating lets, liaising with Landlord and Tenants
- Successfully letting multiple properties within a development (organising open days, marketing campaigns, strategic planning)
- Maintaining up to date client databases of potential tenants, liaising with relocation agents, recruiters, HR departments etc.
- Ad hoc lettings duties to support other members of staff
The successful candidate must have the ability to exceed targets, be self-motivated and have a strong understanding of the Lettings industry
Salary/Package:
- Basic £18,000 - £20,000
- OTE £25,000
