Our clients, a highly successful Estate Agency in Knutsford, are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their team. Our clients are a well-respected Estate Agency, working in a sought after area. They pride themselves on excellent customer service and are an award-winning agent.
They are seeking either a trainee Lettings Negotiator or someone with experience in the industry
As a Lettings Negotiator your role will involve:
- Responsible for registering, qualifying, booking and conducting viewings (virtually and physically) for applicants
- Negotiating the best possible rent for clients and ensuring special conditions are clearly defined and agreed
- Efficiently deal with Landlord and Tenant enquiries
- Managing admin, bookings, and viewings in a timely manner
- Inputting relevant information onto the database, tenant referencing and managing the holding deposit payments
- Conducting property inspections
To be considered for the Lettings Negotiator role you must have:
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- The ability to close for business
- Personable and Professional Approach
Working hours:
As a Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be required to work Monday – Friday with a Saturday rota
Our client is offering the successful Lettings Negotiator
- Basic Salary of £17,000 - £20,000
- £20,000 - £22,000 OTE
