Working hours:
The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered:
- Up to £25,000 Basic
- Commission scheme with On Target Earnings of £29,000 - £34,000

To be considered for the Lettings Negotiator role you must have:
- Passion for Property industry
- Strong Telephone manner
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Ability to close for business and work in fast paced environment
As a Lettings Negotiator, your role will involve:
- Registering Tenants details
- Attending Viewings
- Dealing with Offers AND Tenancy agreements
- Booking Valuations
- Dealing with incoming calls and enquiries
