My client a well-established independent estate agency based just North of Nottingham city centre is looking for a Letting Negotiator to join their successful team.
My client will consider a candidate with customer service experience who is looking to forge a long term career within Lettings. You will be required to work hard, be driven, motivated with a real passion to succeed. You must be highly organised, computer literate, and able to manage your own time effectively to be successful in the Lettings Negotiator role.
Duties included in the role of a Lettings Negotiator/Administrator:
- Reporting directly to the Lettings Manager
- Register applicants.
- Liaise with Tenants, Landlords, and clients
- Be able to learn the company management systems quickly and keep these up to date
- Deal with any leads that come in.
- Diary management
- Answering telephone calls in a professional manner and booking viewings
- To provide a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service to all clients
- Experience in valuing would be an advantage
- Arrange and conduct viewings
Requirements for the role of a Lettings Negotiator/Administrator:
- Ambitious, reliable, trustworthy, and act with integrity

- Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and planning skills
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Confident and able to work alone, as well as be part of a team.

Salary/Package:
- Basic £25,000
- OTE £25,000-£30,000

- Will fund for your ARLA qualification if not already obtained
- Yearly salary reviews
