Lettings Progressor and Administrator - South East London

This is a role that requires someone who already has a background in Lettings. The successful candidate will be responsible for progressing lettings files from offer through to move in. Reporting to the Office Manager/Director and liaising with the negotiators to ensure all tenancies are moved in correctly, whilst also meeting the expectations of the landlord and tenant(s).

Key duties of a Lettings Progressor and Administrator will include:

  • Referencing
  • Drafting legal paperwork
  • Right to rent checks
  • Liaise with Tenants, Landlords, and clients
  • Booking and arranging pre-tenancy works

The successful Lettings Progressor and Administrator will have:

  • Lettings experience
  • Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Have strong organisational and time management skills
  • Have strong communication skills

Salary:

  • Basic £20,000 - £25,000
  • Commission payable on every lettings case
  • £30,000 - £35,000 OTE (DOE)  

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 6 pm
