Our client is a leading Lettings agent in the Leeds area and is looking to recruit a Lettings Valuer to cover branches in the Northern area of Leeds
As a Lettings Valuer, your role will involve:
- Attending Lettings Valuations
- Gaining Instructions
- Generating New Business
- Canvassing
- Building relationships with Landlords, pre and post instruction
To be considered for the Lettings Valuer role you must have:
- Experience in the lettings industry
- Ability to create and close for business
- Car and Driving Licence (Business Mileage paid)
Working hours:
As a Lettings Valuer, you’ll be required to work full time
Our client is offering the successful Lettings Valuer
- Basic £20,000 - £25,000
- OTE £30,000 - £35,000
