My client, an established Mortgage Broker, has a fantastic opportunity as a Mortgage Administrator to join a growing business in Norwich. They are hugely professional, and innovative and have seen massive success in recent years and are continuing to go from strength to strength. This mortgage administrator role will allow you to develop in the future, with the chance of you completing certain qualifications. Full training will be provided on systems and progression opportunities.
Responsibilities of this Mortgage Administrator role:
- Seeing the mortgage case through from offer to completion
- Regular calls and emails to conveyancers or solicitors.
- To obtain progress updates and report these to the client
- Facilitate completion in a timely manner and help overcome any obstacles.
- Calling lenders to chase up certain documents
- Creating mortgage packs to go out to clients
Experience required for this Mortgage Administrator role:
- Experience working within Mortgages or Conveyancing would be an advantage
- Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Emailing
- A confident telephone manner
- Great customer service skills
Working hours for this Mortgage Administrator role:
- Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm
