Our client is a highly successful multi-branch independent Estate Agency, with trained Property Consultants, producing high-quality Mortgage and Protection leads every month! They have an established in-house Mortgage Team which they need to grow further to cope with the demand and enable them to service Mortgage opportunities instantly.
The position would be working in both the estate agency offices and also their local mortgage office, which provides a top-quality service to every client. A massive selling point with this role is that you have a mortgage administrator helping you from the start to the finish of the mortgage process, allowing you to focus on getting more business done and providing the best possible service.
The Mortgage and Protection Advisor duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Servicing all the in-house referrals effectively.
- Feeding back on the success rate, having input with the operations team to help them constantly improve achieving more and more volume
- Source the right products for your client’s criteria
- Helping & guiding clients through the process
- Provide exceptional levels of customer service
- Maintain good client relationships
To be considered for the role of Mortgage and Protection Adviser, you must have the following attributes:
- CeMap 1,2 & 3 is essential
- Experience in whole of market would be preferable.
- Proven track record working in a sales target environment or managing a busy workload with deadlines
- Highly motivated individual with proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication skills; written & verbal
In return, our clients are offering the following to the successful Mortgage and Protection Adviser:
- Basic £20,000 - £30,000 pa (DOE)
- Realistic OTE £50,000+ First year
- High volume of quality leads provided
- Full training & support provided
